I started Beatrix Travel Co. after two decades of planning my own trips down to the last detail, when it dawned on me that most people would rather someone else do that part.
For nearly twenty years I was a marketing executive in tech, so I know exactly what it's like to want a real trip and have zero time to build one. Along the way I became the person friends came to before every vacation, the one with the spreadsheets and the "trust me, stay here instead." I named the company for my daughter, Beatrix, a name with Latin roots meaning voyager and bringer of joy. For a travel advisor, nothing could fit better.
I plan the way I travel: a well-researched itinerary with real room to wander. My job is to find the best a place has to offer, not the most expensive, and hand it to you, handled, so you can be fully there.
